I was in Elementary School when I had my first panic attack. I spent most of my childhood and teenage years cloaked in shame and embarrassment because of my anxiety and depression. When I found yoga, meditation and other mindfulness practices years later, my life completely changed. I share mindful tips I've learned along my journey with mental health with candor and kindness.
